Today is the 1st day of the start of our 15 Day Skincare Challenge. I am so excited😆 to start this excellent journey. All you have to do is follow the daily prompts, videos, and you will be on your way to Glowing ✨skin.

Day 1 Commit to cleansing your skin.

Make sure to remove your makeup before sleeping. Never sleep with your makeup on! This is the biggest reason for aging skin and breakouts. So always make sure to remove your makeup and then properly cleanse your face. Now we don't want to age quickly.

We recommend using our Oil Cleanser to remove your makeup and other impurities and then using our Daily Cleanser. This will make a great double cleanse.

Day 2: Wash your pillowcases and disinfect your phone.

There are many unexpected causes of breakouts, and your pillowcase could be one of them. Cleaning makeup, bacteria, dirt, and oil build up on your pillowcase is the best way to ensure that it doesn't wreak havoc on your skin.

Also phone's surfaces and buttons carry a wide array of harmful viruses and bacteria. It is recommended deep cleaning your phone at least twice a week to keep yourself and your electronics in top shape.

Lysol disinfecting wipe is the best way to sanitize a phone regularly.

Day 3: Increase your water 💦 intake.

Now this is easier said than done. Some people find plain H2O to be boring, consider making a pitcher of infused water that gives a hint of flavor from fresh fruit, vegetables, and herbs.

I drink infused water 💦 throughout the day to try to increase my daily water 💧 intake. This has been part of my self-care, wellness, health journey. It’s so important to take care of our skin from the insides out.

 Day 4: Say "Yes" to Sunscreen

Make sure that you are protecting your skin from harmful UVA + UVB rays. Add sunscreen to your daily routine. As one of the more effective and clinically proven ways to fight the appearance of hyperpigmentation, sunscreen can help prevent further discoloration of melanin.

So make sure you apply your sunscreen everyday and reapply throughout the day.  

Day 5: Detox your skin 

Apply a face mask to your skin once a week. Detox face masks allow ingredients to penetrate into your skin in a short amount of time.

People have used clay masks to improve skin health for hundreds of years. They have several benefits including being able to absorb oil from your skin to support healthy looking skin. Acne develops when sebum, an oily substance that lubricates your hair and skin, plugs hair follicles and causes inflammation.

One of the more promising benefits is clay’s detoxifying properties. Clay masks also support hydration by helping your skin retain moisture. However, overusing clay masks can dry out your skin. Which is why it is recommended that you use a clay mask 1 to 2 times a week. They are easy to apply and remove and you should leave them on for 10 to 15 minutes to get the full benefits.

Day 6: Use a facial steam for your skin.

Steaming opens up your pores and helps loosen any buildup of dirt for a deeper cleanse. Opening up your pores also softens blackheads, making them easier to remove. It promotes circulation. The combination of warm steam and an increase in perspiration dilates your blood vessels and increases circulation.

We encourage everyone to make sure that they add facial steaming into your skincare routine. Steaming is a great self-care ritual that feels soul-cleansing but also works.
