Are your products tested on animals?

No, none of our products are tested on animals but they are tested and my friends and family members.

My child and I have eczema (sensitive skin). Can we use your products?

Yes, please test on a small area first, just to be safe. Many of our customers have eczema and they love using our products.

Can I really exfoliate every day?

We suggest 2 to 3 times a week.

What type of candles do you make?

Our candles are 100% Soy candles.

What is your turnaround time?

Your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days via USPS with tracking.

Will I receive an email when my order ships?

Yes, an email will be sent to you once we have shipped your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the unique nature of our handmade items, all sales are final and no refunds are available. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at arbriacreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Do you have any current discount codes?
