Day 7: Start A Beauty Sleep Ritual

Day 8: Pamper Yourself

Day 11: Change your pillow-case
Change your pillowcase for a clean one every two or three days. Your pillowcase will slowly pick up oil, sweat, bacteria and dead cells from your skin, as well as dirt and dust and maybe allergens from the air.
Pro Tip: Sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase is hypoallergenic and less absorbent, preventing the trapping of oil or bacteria on the pillowcase, which benefits the skin and complexion as well. Sleeping on silk or satin pillowcase can also be beneficial for your hair if your hair tends to get frizzy.
Day 12: Start A Skincare Ritual
It’s time to give your skin a glow up during this 15 day challenge! If you don’t already have a skincare routine, then there’s no better time than the present to create one. It doesn’t have to be anything elaborate. Keep it simple, yet enjoyable routine you know you can stick to every day. If you already have a skincare routine, then check your products to see if they’re toxic or non-toxic.
